Start the MBTI testWhat is the MBTI test?
MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) is a psychological tool used to determine the style of thinking, decision-making and communication. It is based on the theories of Carl Gustav Jung and its goal is to understand how people differ in perceiving the world and processing information.
- Each person receives a four-letter code describing their preferences.
- It does not measure intelligence or emotions - it indicates natural cognitive tendencies.
- Helps with self-development, career building and interpersonal communication.
How does the MBTI test on Webp.pl work
The tool developed by Webp.pl allows you to quickly, intuitively perform the test without the need to register. All questions and results are in Polish, and the entire process runs in a browser.
Proces testu
- Test Process 20 multiple choice questions with answers on a scale of 1-4.
- Each question assigned to one of the four pairs of MBTI dimensions.
- The algorithm sums the responses and calculates the dominant preferences.
- The result is displayed in the form of a code (e.g.ENFP) and percentage proportions.
What distinguishes the Webp.pl test
- Modern interface and responsive design.
- No ads or hidden fees.
- Automatic translation of results into Polish.
- Unlimited retest option.
How to take the test step by step
- Open sectionStart the test.
- Answer 20 short questions, choosing from "Definitely not" to "Definitely yes".
- When finished, click thebutton View result.
- Read your four-letter MBTI type (e.g. INFJ, ESTP) and percentages.
- Go to the type description to learn more about your strengths and preferences.
There are no wrong answers - choose the ones that best suit your natural behavior, not the one you think is "right".
Answering rules and accuracy of results
- Answer spontaneously - the first thought is usually the most accurate.
- Don't analyze the questions for too long - each has equal weight.
- Try to respond according to how you behave every day, not how you would like to behave.
- The test does not assess, it only shows your natural cognitive preferences.
If your answers are balanced, the result may show a small percentage difference between two letters - a sign that you have a flexible operating style. In this case, you can read the descriptions of both types and decide for yourself which one suits you better.
Sample questions per dimension
Each question examines preference in one of four pairs. You answer on a scale of 1 to 4: Definitely not, Probably not, Probably yes, Definitely yes.
E vs I - where do you get your energy
- I like spontaneous conversations in groups, even with strangers.
- I rest best in solitude after an intense day.
- I am happy to speak without long preparation.
- I need time before I share my opinion.
- Big events give me energy.
S vs N - how do you collect information
- I prefer specific facts and proven instructions.
- I'm more interested in the big picture than the details.
- I am confident in data and examples from real life.
- I easily look for patterns and opportunities for the future.
- First practice, then theory.
T vs F - how do you make decisions
- First logic and criteria, then emotions.
- The priority is the impact of decisions on people and relationships.
- I like substantive discussion and constructive criticism.
- Harmony and a sense of justice are important.
- I choose what is most effective.
J vs P - how do you organize your activities
- I like plans, task lists and closing matters.
- I prefer a flexible approach and options to choose from.
- Deadlines motivate me to act.
- Improvising helps me discover better solutions.
- Tidiness on your desk translates into order in your head.
Counting algorithm and scales
Each answer has a numerical weight, which the system sums over a pair of dimensions. At the end, the letter with the higher sum is chosen and the advantage is converted into a percentage.
Response scale mapping
| Response | Weight | Impact on the result |
|---|---|---|
| Definitely not | -3 | Strengthens the opposite letter |
| Probably not | -1 | Slight opposite influence |
| Rather yes | +1 | Slight influence on the letter of the question |
| Definitely yes | +3 | Strong influence on the letter of the question |
Example: question about extraversion with the answer Definitely yes adds +3 to E.
Determining Type and Percentage
- The sum of the points in a pair determines the dominant letter, for example E vs I.
- The percentage is the ratio of the larger sum to the total absolute sum of the pair, rounded to the nearest whole percentage.
- The type code is formed from the four winning letters, for example ENFP.
Results screen and interpretation of percentages
The results screen shows a four-letter type, description and four bars with percentages for the pairs E vs I, S vs N, T vs F, J vs P. This allows you to quickly understand not only the direction of preference, but also its strength.
Interpretive thresholds
- 51 to 60 percent. - minimal advantage, high flexibility.
- 61 to 75 percent. - moderate preference, typical pattern.
- 76 to 100 percent - strong preference, stable operating style.
The higher the percentage, the less likely this pair is to change style.
What to do next after the result
- Read the type description and note 2 strengths and 2 areas of development.
- Compare your score to someone of a different type on your team.
- Establish 1 habit to support the weaker letter, such as a weekly experiment.
You can copy or share your result and return to the test at any time.

Team processes
- Mixed meetings: 5 minutes of silence at the start for I, comment round for E.
- Two-level documents: executive summary for N, details and checklists for S.
- Decision reviews: argument path for T and impact on people F.
- Planning: roadmap and milestones for J, buffer experiments for P.
Recruitment and onboarding
- Role description in two versions: vision with mission and list of responsibilities.
- Hybrid onboarding: materials for independent work and Q&A sessions.
- Cross-mentoring: Pair opposing preferences to speed up adoption.
- Evaluation is not based on type. Assess performance and competencies.
Policies and ethics of use
- Voluntary participation in tests.
- No staffing decisions based solely on MBTI.
- Privacy protection and data minimization.
16 MBTI personality types - cheat
The MBTI test result is a four-letter code describing preferences in four dimensions:E/I(extraversion-introversion),S/N(cognition-intuition),T/F(thinking-feeling),J/P(judgment-observing). The combinations give 16 types:
| Type | Nickname | Type | Nickname |
|---|---|---|---|
| INTJ | Architect | ESTP | Entrepreneur |
| INTP | Logician | ESFP | Animator |
| ENTJ | Commander | ISTJ | Logistician |
| ENTP | Debater | ISFJ | Defender |
| INFJ | Advocate | ESTJ | Executor |
| INFP | Mediator | ESFJ | Consul |
| ENFJ | Protagonist | ISTP | Virtuoso |
| ENFP | Activist | ISFP | Adventurer |
The rarest type is INFJ (approx. 1-2% of the population), the most common - ISFJ and ESFJ. Remember that MBTI is a self-discovery tool, not a diagnosis: academic psychology treats it with caution, so read the result as an inspiration for reflection, not a label.
