Regulations of the website WebP.pl

These Regulations define the rules of use of the websiteWebP.pl, which provides free and paid online tools for converting, editing and processing files, text and data. By using the website, you accept the terms below.

1. General provisions

• The websiteWebP.pl(hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is a platform providing Internet tools that operate without user registration.
• The owner and administrator of the Website is a natural person running it as a freelancer (hereinafter: "Administrator").
• Contact with the Administrator is possible only via the form available on the website:https://webp.pl/Contact.
• The website operates based on the principles set out in these Regulations and in accordance with the applicable law of the European Union and the Republic of Poland.

2. Definitions

• User– any person using the Website.
• ToolTool – a function available on the Website enabling the processing of data, files or texts.
• Administrator– the owner of the Website managing its infrastructure.
• File– data sent for processing by the User as part of the operation of the Tool.

3. Rules of using the Website

• Using the Website does not require registration or login.
• The User uses the Website voluntarily and at his own risk.
• The website is provided "as is" (as isand may be modified or temporarily unavailable without notice.
• The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, decency and these Regulations.
• It is prohibited to use the Website for illegal activities, including:
  • dissemination of illegal content,
  • sending malware,
  • attacks on IT infrastructure,
  • violating third party copyrights.

4. Scope of services

• The website enables, among others: converting, compressing, generating, editing or analyzing files and text data.
• Some features may only run browser-side, others use server-side processing.
• The website does not archive sent files longer than necessary to fulfill the request (max. 24 hours).
• The website does not verify the content of uploaded files and is not responsible for their content.

5. Liability of

• The Administrator is not liable for:
  • damage resulting from interruption in the availability of the Website,
  • lost data or files after processing,
  • effects of using the results of the Tools in the User's projects,
  • actions of third parties who gained access to the transmitted data for reasons beyond the Controller's control.
• The Administrator exercises due diligence to ensure the security and stability of the Website.
• The website is not a data storage service or a file repository.

6. Copyright

• All elements of the Website, including the code, graphic layout, descriptive content and documentation, are the property of the Administrator or relevant licensors.
• The User retains the copyright to the files and materials that he uploads to the Website.
• The Administrator does not claim any rights to the transmitted data and does not use them for purposes other than technical processing of the order.

7. Personal data

The principles of personal data processing and cookie policy are described in thePrivacy Policy of. The website does not require providing personal data, and contact with the Administrator takes place only via the contact form.

8. Availability and changes

• The Administrator may modify, expand or remove the functions of the Website at any time.
• The Website may be unavailable from time to time for technical, maintenance or security reasons.
• The current Regulations are published on the Website and enter into force upon announcement.

9. Final provisions

• In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law and the GDPR shall apply.
• Disputes arising from the use of the Website will be resolved amicably, and in the event of disagreement - by the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator.
• By accepting the Regulations, the User declares that he has read their content and undertakes to comply with them.
