- Paper weight:For year-round wall calendars or monthly planners, instead of standard office paper (80g), use thicker matte or satin paper with a weight of 120-160g. This will prevent the ink from the markers from bleeding through.
- Printer scaling:In the PDF print settings, make sure "Fit to print area" or "Actual size" is selected so that the table margins are not cropped by the printer.
- Binding and binding:You can fasten multi-page calendars (e.g. monthly) with an office clip, put them in a binder (after punching holes) or take them to a photocopier to bind them with a spiral with a hanger.
