What can you count in this tool
1. Tiles - rectangle, hexagon, mosaic
- Support for 3 shapes:rect60x60,hexedge in cm,mosaicsheet in m².

2. Paint and primer - walls and ceiling
- Wall area calculated from the dimensions of the room with an optional ceiling.
- Openings: Number and size of doors and windows subtracted from area.
- Layers and performance separately for primer and paint.
- Recommendation for 10 L, 5 L, 2.5 L cans in optimal combinations.
3. m² to m³ - layer volume

How to use - step by step instructions
Tiles
- Enter the area in m² and choose the shape: rectangle, hexagon or mosaic.
- For the rectangle, enterlength i widthof the tile in cm. For a hexagon, enteredgein cm. For a mosaic, entersheet areain m².
- Set the joint in mm and the laying pattern. Select the percentage of losses and items in the package.
- Click Calculate - you will see the number of tiles and packages.
Paint and primer
- Enter the length, width and height of the room. Mark the ceiling if you are painting.
- Enter the number of doors and windows with dimensions in meters, format
width x heighte.g.0.9x2.0. - Set layers and efficiency of primer and paint in m² per liter.
- Click Calculate - the tool will provide liters and suggested can layouts.

- Enter the area in m² and the thickness in mm.
- Click Calculate - you will get the volume in m³.
Strips
- Enter the perimeter directly or enter the length and width of the room.
- Determine the length of one strip and the number of corners.

Tiles - rectangle

Calculation examples
60x60 tiles straight
Area 20 m², joint 2 mm, loss 5%, pack of 4 pcs.
tile_area = (0.6 + 0.002) × (0.6 + 0.002) = 0.362404 m²
tiles = ceil(20 ÷ 0.362404 × 1.05) = 58 pcs.
boxes = ceil(58 ÷ 4) = 15 packages
Painting a room 4.2 × 3.5 × 2.6 m with a ceiling
1 pair of doors 0.9x2.0 m, 1 window 1.2x1.2 m. Primer 1 layer 10 m²/L. Paint 2 layers 12 m²/L.
wall_area = 2 × (4.2 + 3.5) × 2.6 - 1.8 - 1.44 = 37.36 m²
total = 37.36 + 14.7 = 52.06 m²
ground = 52.06 × 1 ÷ 10 = 5.21 L → 1×5 L + 1×2.5 L
paint = 52.06 × 2 ÷ 12 = 8.68 L → 1×5 L + 2×2.5 L

FAQ - frequently asked questions
How is the joint taken into account for rectangles
The joint in mm is added to each tile dimension after conversion to meters. As a result, the area of a single tile increases and the number of pieces decreases.
Does the brick pattern increase consumption
Yes. We add 5% for a 50% brick and 7% for a 33% brick in relation to the base losses set in the percentage field.
How can capacities are selected
The tool first allocates the largest capacities of 10 L and 5 L, and the rest is filled with 2.5 L to cover the demand with the smallest possible surplus.
Can I save the result
Yes. Print and CSV Export buttons are available. The results are also saved in the tool's history on the website.
