Features of signature pad
Drawing canvas: smooth curves (Bezier by touch points). Pressure (optional): line thickness dependent on movement speed. Line color: black, navy blue, blue. Line thickness: thin (1px), standard (3px), thick (5px). Background: white, transparent (alpha). Eraser (eraser). Undo last line (undo).
Export formats
PNG with transparent background (RGBA): ideal for pasting on documents. PNG on white background: standard format. JPEG: smaller file, no transparency. SVG: vector, scalable without pixelation (ideal for large prints). Scale: export 2× or 4× resolution for Retina.
Drawing on touch devices
Tablet and iPhone: Pointer Events API – records touch with a finger or stylus. iPad + Apple Pencil: pressure support (pressure = line thickness). Android Stylus: Supported by PointerEvent.pressure. Gesture recognition: multi-finger touch is not drawn (only 1 hotspot).
Signature and electronic stamp
Drawn signature: graph image of a handwritten signature. It is NOT an electronic signature (e-signature) in the legal sense (no PKI). For legal documents: qualified electronic signature (Szafir, SimplySign, mObywatel). This signature: to be visually inserted into the document.

Download PNG with transparent background. Open PDF in Adobe Acrobat: Tools → Edit PDF → Image. Or: LibreOffice Draw → Insert → Image. Resize and position. Alternative: convert PDF to Word, insert as signature image.
How to draw a clean signature with a mouse?
Trick: draw slowly - too fast = angular lines. Enlarge the canvas (zoom in) for details. Use a laser mouse (not a ball mouse). Touch devices: much easier (natural gesture). Alternative: scan the paper signature and use it as a PNG.
Is the signature from this tool legally binding?
Handwritten signature on paper: yes (general rule of the Civil Code). Signature image in email or PDF: in Poland it has no legal force as an e-signature. For electronic contracts: qualified electronic signature (PKI, qualified certificate) or trusted signature (mObywatel).
How to make a signature with a transparent background?
Draw on white background → Export as PNG. Then: use the "Remove Background" tool (remove.bg, Photoshop, GIMP - "Fuzzy Select" white area and delete). Or: directly export with transparent background (if the tool supports canvas alpha channel).
How to insert a signature in Gmail/Outlook email?
Download the signature PNG. Gmail: Settings → Signature → Insert image. Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → Insert Picture. Size: 200-300px wide for readability on small screens. File size: max 10-20 KB (compress PNG).
