What is the torque of force and why do you calculate it
The torque of force is a physical quantity describing the ability of a force to cause the rotation of a body around a point or axis. In practice, it's exactly what you feel when you tighten a screw with a wrench, lift the trunk lid or lower the press lever. What matters is not only the strength itself, but also the length of the arm and the angle of application. Therefore, two identical pressures can produce completely different rotational effects.

Vectorically, the moment is defined as the vector productM = r × F, whose value is equal to|r| · |F| · sin(θ). In practice, if you press the key exactly perpendicularly, the angle becomes 90°, sosin(θ) = 1and the torque reaches its maximum.
