Guide If you prefer to summarize the text by hand, use the following proven editing rules:
- Read the text carefully at least twice:The first time, get acquainted with the general meaning. During the second reading, circle key theses, definitions and the most important figures.
- Build a skeleton summary:Write down the main thesis of the article in one sentence. Then list in bullet points the most important arguments supporting this thesis.
- Write in your own words (paraphrase):Avoid mindlessly copying entire fragments of the author's sentences. Translate difficult phrases into simpler language, which will help you better understand and remember the content.
- Be objective and concise:The summary should reflect only the views of the original author. Do not add your comments, ratings or digressions. Limit the size of the summary to a maximum of 15-20% of the base text.

Can your summarizer cope with texts in Polish?
Yes. The algorithm has been fully optimized in terms of grammar, inflection and the specificity of the Polish language. Correctly recognizes key parts of speech, connections between sentences and the importance of keywords in Polish publications.
Is AI summarizing texts legal?
Yes, summarizing for personal use (study, work) is fully legal and falls within the limits of permitted personal use. When publishing summaries for commercial purposes, care should be taken not to infringe the copyright of the original author (e.g. through plagiarism).
