The condition for accuracy is a one-time calibration: place a payment card (each has a standardized width of 85.6 mm) or a PLN 5 coin (24 mm) on the screen and adjust the calibration slider until the pattern matches the scale. The setting is saved for your device.

After calibration, you can measure small items with your phone without reaching for any accessories: a screw, ring diameter, cable width, print margins or envelope dimensions. A typical smartphone screen allows you to measure sections up to approx. 7–15 cm; measure longer sections in stages or print a mesh from the tool.
