Does the generator only suggest foreign names?
The generator contains names from various cultural circles - Slavic, English, Scandinavian, Latin, Greek and Arabic. Set "Slavic" in the origin filter to see names closer to Polish tradition, e.g. Zofia, Milan, Kacper, Nina, Iga.
Can I generate a name starting with a specific letter?
Yes - enter the selected letter in the "Starts with a letter" field. The generator will filter the pool and only show names that meet this condition. If there aren't enough matches, turn on "Allow Variants" to get more suggestions.
How does "Allow Variants" work?
When the number of names from the database is not enough to fill the desired number of results, the generator creates new sounds based on syllables and phonetic patterns characteristic of the selected style. The variants are phonetically consistent and may sound like real, rare names.
