If your gaming CPU stays below 60 degrees, you are in the absolute comfort zone.
It's like playing in a fleece at -5 ° C - no risk, full power reserve and silence from the fans.


60–80 °C – player's comfort zone

This is the most common range. The processor runs at full boost, the fans start to hum, but nothing bad happens. Modern cooling units are designed specifically for this range.

You don't have to do anything - just monitor.


80-90 °C - still safe, but with a margin
